How To: Configure Cyberduck for T2 and Carbonite Access
This document will walk through using Cyberduck to load files onto the T2 and Ross Carbonite Switcher.

Before you start:
- If the Cyberduck application isn't currently on the computer, you can download it here https://cyberduck.io/download/ Then install.
- Ensure the computer being used is on the same network as the T2. Refer to THIS document on understanding your campus network infrastructure. (document coming soon)
- Connect an ExFat formatted USB drive is connected to the Carbonite Frame. Refer to THIS document on how to connect and format a USB drive for a Carbonite. (document coming soon)
Part 1 - Configuring the T2 connection
Step 1 - Establish a connection to the T2
- Click the Bookmarks tab at the top

Enter the Nickname, Server, Username, and Password info. (see example picture below)
- Nickname: T2
- Server: The IP address of the T2. This Information which can be found in the Network 1 configuration tab of the device.

Username/Password credentials can be found in the FTP configuration tab.

Default username and password are:
- U/N: ftpuser
- P/W: ftppassword
- After inputing the password, click enter, then close the window.

Double click the T2 bookmark.
- If connection settings are correct, a window will pop up letting you know this is an Unsecured FTP connection. Check the "Don't show again" box and click "Continue".
- You will then see the folder structure currently on the T2.
Part 2 - Configuring the Carbonite connection
Step 1 - Establish a connection to the Switcher
- Click the Bookmarks tab at the top

Enter the Nickname, Server, Username, and Password info. (see example picture below)
- Nickname: Switcher
- Server: The IP address of the Switcher. This Information which can be found in the Network 1 configuration tab of the device.

Username/Password credentials are as follows
- After inputting the password, click enter, then close the window.

Double click the Switcher bookmark.
- If connection settings are correct, a window will pop up letting you know this is an Unsecured FTP connection. Check the "Don't show again" box and click "Continue".
- You will then see the folder structure currently on the USB drive.
Part 3 - Transferring files
Follow the steps in this article to transfer files to a Switcher and T2.
