Troubleshooting: Can't connect to Ross Carbonite via Dashboard.
Adding your Carbonite Frame to Dashboard
1. The first step is downloading the dashboard application to the computer that will be interacting with your Carbonite Frame. Here is the link to the official Ross website for this download:

(Make sure to download the correct file for your computer. Example: OS X file for Mac computers.)
2. After this application has been installed and opened.
When opening Dashboard for the first time,
the left hand menu or “Basic Tree View” will be blank. We now have to tell Dashboard what piece of equipment to interact with.
3. Hardline your computer to the Flypack network switch with an ethernet cable. Newer Macs require a USB adapter to plug in ethernet cables, these are provided with Campus CG computers.
