How To: 2FA for Production .pro Accounts

This article will show and explain how use the Elevation Authentication site for accessing .pro accounts on campus CGs.

Before you start:

If you are not a staff or contracted Production Director or Worship Leader, please do not proceed further. Connect with your Production Director or Worship Leader if you need assistant setting up this account on a Production computer.

Part 1 - Logging In

Open Chrome on a campus CG and go to Google Drive.
Enter the .pro credentials. If you do not know these, please submit a tech ticket for assistance.
When prompted for 2FA, go to this Authentication Site and claim the 6 digit code sent to the number that corresponds with your location's .pro account.

Part 2 - Troubleshooting

If you receive any messages that indicate you are allowed access or your credentials/verification code do not work, please Submit a Ticket and a member of the Tech Team will be happy to help!
