Printing on the Large Format (Fathead) Printer
We use an application called "HP Click" to create oversized prints, i.e. a 3'x6' poster.
Here are the instructions to use this printer:
- Download your file to the desktop (from your email or the server).
- Open the Downloads window.
- Drag and drop your file into HP Click.
*You can also right-click your file and choose, "Import to HP Click."
- In the top-left corner, click the "SOURCE" dropdown and select your paper source.
*Reminder: Top drawer is fathead material only, Bottom drawer is plain paper only.
- If your file is a 24"x36" portrait, you need to rotate it so the extra white space doesn't print.
Click "Rotate" in the bottom-center bar.
- Then hit the blue PRINT button.

NOTES
- HP Click should recognize the size of your design/document when you pull in the file.
- If it's a 3'x6' fathead, it should recognize the dimensions and you should not have to rotate it.
- HP Click should recognize the size of both jpegs and PDFs. If not, or if you need to change the size for any reason, you can input a custom size.
