The following is the current process for vetting and onboarding new campus Lighting Programmers.
Step 1 - Campus engagement
Step 2 - Campus sends candidate prospective questionnaire form
Step 3 - Campus submits a ticket to begin process
Step 4 - Candidate interview with member of central lighting team
Step 5 - Candidate training begins
Step 6 - Full approval
At any point in this process, the central lighting team can make the determination that the candidate is not at the required skill level to complete the onboarding process. The goal is to properly vet the candidate in steps 1 and 2, however it's always possible we'll learn something later in the process that warrants ceasing the onboarding process.
Step 1 - Campus engagement
The first step of the process the candidate being engaged/involved at the campus. The candidate should be serving on the Production team and have been attending the campus for several months. The Production Director is to vet them as a team and culture fit. It's important that you have confidence in their technical ability but the next step of this process will provide more insight on that front.
