Before you Start.
- If you have not been given permission use the Video Control or the audio system, please do not attempt to do so.
- Log in credentials are required for sound system use and other production gear. If you have not been given that information, please refrain from attempting access.
Part 1 - Q-SYS TOUCH PANEL LAYOUT
The Q-SYS Touch panel is located on the Front Of House booth with the Elevation Logo.

To use the panel, Tap the Screen and a Menu of options will appear.

This Menu is where all of your controls will be.
- ALL POWER - Is the rooms power button to turn on all Production gear
- CAMERA - Is the menu to control the cameras functionality
- PRESENTATION - Is for all conferences, presentations, teaching, etc done from the stage. (This have all Audio, Lighting, Video and Zoom controls)
- MEETING - Is for all event done on the floor like Round tables, teachings on the floor, games, dinners, etc. (This has some Audio, Video, Zoom controls. No Lighting)
- WORSHIP - Is for worship nights, worship sessions, vocal teaching, etc. (This menu only have mic and Bodypack controls)
Part 2 - HOW TO POWER ON THE BLACK BOX
Top left is your "ALL POWER" button. That Button will power the Projectors, displays, audio and lighting for you. Once pressed, the button will turn to a dark green indicating that the room is powering on. Once everything is powered on correctly. The button will turn to a light green. To Power off the room, just press the same button, It will ask a power off confirmation, Press the green check and you will be good to go!
Part 3 - HOW TO START A ZOOM MEETING
On the iPad next to the Q-SYS touch panel, is all the zoom controls that you would be familiar with from other meeting rooms. To display the scared screen or Zoom Gallery. Tap the lock screen and go to either to presentation or meeting based on the event. In that menu, There's a section called "PROJECTOR SOURCE" select the "ZOOM" source and the projector and back display will display Zoom.

Part 4 - HOW TO CHANGE THE CAMERA
Tap the lock screen > go to CAMERA and in there is all the camera settings.
At the bottom of the menu, there are camera presets you can use. The same presets are also located on the Presentation page for ease of access.

If you would like to manually control the camera for specific need. You can my using the arrows pointing up, down, left and right on the Cameras image to position the image. On the right side are the focus controls and on the left side are the zoom controls.

Part 5 - HOW TO DO A TEACHING/PRESENTATION
On the Q-SYS touch panel, tap the lock screen > Go To PRESENTATION. In this page, you control the Projectors sources, Front Light options, Audio faders like 4 Mics, 1 Bodypack, Zoom and HDMI Wallplate audio and Camera presets if needed.

PROJECTOR SOURCES:
- ZOOM - Sends the feed from Zoom to the Confidence display and Projector.
- WALLPLATE - Allows use to use the HDMI port on the wall behind the stage to connect your laptop too. We Recommend using this for any videos or if the Zoom Screen sharing isn't working properly.
FRONT LIGHT:
- The Front Light buttons are to turn on the front wash on the stage. Just Press On/Off for your selection.
VOLUME:
- You have 4 Mics and 1 BodyPack to choose from. For the end callers on Zoom to hear the speaker. They have to use the Mics on the charging station next to the Q-SYS touch panel. Below the mics mute buttons are the battery timer left for that specific microphone or Bodypack.
CAMERA PRESETS:
- The camera Presets are the same as the CAMERA Pages Presets.
Part 6 - HOW TO USE THE MICS AND BODYPACKS
Next to the Q-SYS Touch Panels are 6 Mics and 2 Bodypacks. Each labelled what number mic it is. (Please Return the mics in the right spot on the charging station and make sure it is charging before walking away)

To use the mics:
- Take the Mic off the charging station
- On the front there is an LED. It will be flashing red and green for a few seconds. Once you see a solid green light. The mic is ready to use.

- To Mute the Mic/s, Press the button once under the LED and the LED will turn Red indicating that the mic is muted.

Note: Keep the mic about one fist away from your mouth, don't scream into the mic and don't hold the at the very bottom. That can cause the mics signal to drop or sound like static.

Hold the mic like this.

To use the Bodypacks:
- Take the Bodypack off the charging station
- On the front there is an LED. It will be flashing red and green for a few seconds. Once you see a solid green light. The Bodypack is ready to use.
- There is a mini XLR to TRS cable attached to the Bodypack. You can use that to plug into an acoustic guitar or a Nord.
Part 7 - HOW TO HAVE A MEETING
Tap the lock screen > go to MEETING. In this Page you will see some PROJECTOR SOURCES and some mics.

The PROJECTOR SOURCES:
- ZOOM - Sends the feed from Zoom to the Confidence display and Projector.
- WALLPLATE - Allows use to use the HDMI port on the wall behind the stage to connect your laptop too. We Recommend using this for any videos or if the Zoom Screen sharing isn't working properly.
- BLANK SCREEN - Turns the Projector screen and Confidence Display black.
VOLUME:
- You have 4 Mics. For the end callers on Zoom to hear the speaker. They have to use the Mics on the charging station next to the Q-SYS touch panel. Below the mics mute buttons are the battery timer left for that specific microphone.
Part 8 - HOW TO DO A WORSHIP SESSION
Tap the lock screen > go to WORSHIP. Here you see some menu options. Audio is going to have all Faders to each mic and bodypack. Video has some features coming soon. Lighting has some House Light controls and Front wash fader for Intensity.
Part 9 - TROUBLESHOOTING
BEFORE TROUBLESHOOTING ANYTHING, If you don't feel confident in fixing the issue or it's not in the list below. Please Submit a Ticket for further assistance.
- Problem: Computer not working on the HDMI

Solutions: Try a different HDMI adapter or cable > Make sure the HDMI cable is plugged in all the way > Make sure the PROJECTOR SOURCE is on WALLPLATE
- Problem: Mics not working
- Solutions: Check to make sure the mic is up and not muted > make sure the mic is showing a green LED > Grab a different mic and test that mic. If that works, Submit a Ticket about the first mic.
- Problem: I don't hear any audio when I push the fader up.
- Solutions: Submit a Ticket
